At Museum Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and curated artifacts. If a piece does not perfectly complement your space, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original museum-grade packaging, ensuring all protective inserts are in place to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our curators inspect the returned item at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
